There are dozens of apps and websites and technologies devoted to helping you find your next investment property. Any attempt to list them all would be incomplete and outdated almost immediately. But here are a few just to give you an idea of what can be done.

Apps 

Deal Machine is an app that uses location services to know where you are, public records to identify the homeowner, and allows you to take a picture of yourself or the house and send a postcard to the owner telling them you’d like to buy the property. 

Sites

Privy, REI Kit, and Propstream are websites that use technology to help you identify prospective properties, gather mailing or calling lists, and saturate an area with offers.

Social Media

Consider creating an account for your business. If you are going to do this, commit to at least daily posts. Post something useful, interesting, and let them know you are looking for deals. 

Your Landing Page

There are “done-for-you” templates where you can connect with people who are searching things like “sell my home fast.” This can automate the process, but be prepared to spend time and money on SEO.
