Why Do They Say “Location, Location, Location”?

Here are three reasons:

  1. You want properties where people want to be.

  2. You want properties where businesses want to be.

  3. Everything in real estate is negotiable except for the location of the property. 

These may seem obvious, but you may be surprised at how many investors buy on the basis of the numbers and barely consider the location. You haven’t heard about them because they are the ones who don’t last long. 

Life is too short to spend it fighting the battles that come from buying properties in bad areas.
