The commitment that comes from an emotional outpouring is short-lived. That’s why a coach has to give a pep talk before the game and another one at halftime. This is not a sixty minute or 2-hour venture. It’s a business and a career. If you want to do it, do it. You will make it if you stick to it and faithfully follow the steps outlined over the past several days. If you stick to it, doing what you need to do when you don’t feel like it, keeping your focus on the end goal and the daily grind at the same time, you will succeed.
