Toward Debt Free Living.

When you buy a home, do one or both of these:

• Use a 15 yr mortgage instead of a 30 yr.

• Make an additional principal payment every month.

If you need a car, buy the best one you can for no more than you make in one month. Pay in cash. Take what you would have paid in car payments and either use for the principal payment or invest in something safe. 

If you love cars, love them from a distance until you can truly afford what you want.
