It’s time to do a little online research. Right now you are not looking for deals. You are looking for real estate related networking groups. Begin at meetup.com. Continue on to Facebook and look for Real Estate groups in your area. Join them all (you might be surprised how many there are.) Use your elevator pitch. Provide your memorable free email address.
If you live in a major city you will discover that there is some type of a networking event nearly every day Monday-Thursday. You can’t go to all of them all the time. But go to all of them occasionally. Put them in your calendar. Make a plan. Be present and as much as you can, be a presence in those meetings. You want / need “Top of Mind Awareness”.
